Prince Mohammad bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom and Ireland, has paid a visit to Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowen at his office in Dublin. During the visit, Prince Mohammad conveyed congratulations of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, to the Irish Prime Minister on assuming his new post and their well wishes to him in his work. Saudi-Irish relations were also discussed. The Irish Prime Minister stressed the importance of the Saudi status and role and underlined his government's keenness on working to boost relations between the two countries. The ambassador also paid a visit to the new Irish Foreign Minister Micheal Martin and conveyed to him greetings of Prince Saud Alfaisal, the Foreign Minister, on assuming his new post and an invitation from Prince Saud to visit the kingdom. During the visit, they also reviewed relations between the two countries and ways of boosting them in all fields.
