Government troops overran a key guerrilla camp and killed four communist rebels in pre-dawn clashes Saturday in the northern and southern Philippines, a military spokesman said. Soldiers battled about 60 New People's Army guerrillas for about three hours before capturing a regional rebel headquarters outside Quezon township in southern Bukidnon province, said armed forces spokesman Lt. Col. Ernesto Torres. The rebels fled, leaving behind three dead comrades. Three soldiers were wounded in the clash; he was quoted as saying by the Associated Press.
