Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has sent a cable of congratulations to Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on the occasion of her country's Independence Day.
In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the king wished good health and happiness for the president and constant progress and prosperity to her people.
