Iran's Foreign Minister has dismissed threats of any military strikes against it. Manouchehr Mottaki says that an Israeli threat made last week is «not serious.» He also says he doesn't believe the United States has the capacity to carry out a strike on Iran. Mottaki made the comments Wednesday in Paris. He is visiting France for a conference on aid to Afghanistan, the Associated Press reported. Shaul Mofaz, an Israeli Cabinet minister, has warned that Israel will attack Iran if it doesn't abandon its nuclear program. U.S. President George W. Bush said Wednesday that he prefers a diplomatic solution to the standoff but that «all options are on the table.»
