Secretary General of Muslim World League Dr Abdullah Al-Turki received here today chairman of the supreme Islamic affairs council in Mauritius Sheikh Mohammed Rashad Daryawo. Speaking on the occasion, Sheikh Daryawo highlighted the positive outcome of the international Islamic dialogue, recently held in Makkah. He also received here today deputy chairman of the Ulema society in Algeria Sheikh Ammar al-Talibi. They reviewed aspects of cooperation between the MWL and the Ulema society notably in the field of publishing Islamic books. Al-Talibi lauded the role of Saudi Arabia in spreading Islamic culture and praised the attention given by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to dialogue with followers of other religions and cultures. He expressed keenness on cooperation with the MWL. On his part, Dr Al-Turki voiced the readiness of the MWL to cooperate with the Ulema Society.
