Governor of Tabuk region opens desalination plant

Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Tabuk Region, opened the desalination plant in the center of Alharah in the province of Amloj. The plant is one of charity projects donated by Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General.
The new desalination plant, with a capacity of nearly 5000 cubic meters per day, is one of the eight plants constructed at the expanse of the crown prince in the coastal centers along the coast of the Red Sea in the region of Tabuk with a total cost of 15 million riyals.
