Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Assistant Minister of Defense and Aviation for Military Affairs, received here today French Defense Minister Herve Morin and the accompanying delegation. They reviewed issues of mutual interest. On behalf of Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier, Defense and Aviation Minister and Inspector General, Prince Khalid welcomed the French Defense minister and hoped that the Saud-French relations would further be enhanced. On his part, the French Defense Minister expressed happiness over visiting the Kingdom and holding meetings with Saudi officials. He voiced appreciation for the warm welcome extended to him and the accompanying delegation by the Saudi officials. Later, they reviewed issues of mutual interest including the regional and international developments as well as aspects of military cooperation and realizing mutual interests. The meeting was attended by General Saleh Al-Mohayya, the Chief of General Staff, and a number of high-ranking officials.
