Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Ali bin Saeed Asiri handed here today the Saudi contribution to the Standing Committee of the Sciences and Technical Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Conference. A statement by the Saudi embassy in Pakistan said the ambassador handed the USD100 thousand Saudi contribution to the committee to assistant coordinator general of the committee Dr. Mohammad Ali Mohaisir. The statement said the this contribution was previously announced during the Saudi delegation's participation in the 13th general assembly of the committee held here. Also during the meeting, the kingdom's joining of the general secretariat of the committee as a founding member was announced.
