Yemen expressed willingness to continue its efforts to complete the reconciliation among Somali factions in order to achieving security, stability and peace in the war-torn country, according to Saba. Yemeni Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi said on Thursday that a delegation of the Somali Islamic courts headed by Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed had arrived in Sana'a to brief Yemeni officials on the recent developments of reconciliation and meetings were held among the Somali factions hosted by Djibouti. Al-Qirbi pointed that the Somali delegation had showed willingness to talk with the transitional government of Somalia in order to restoring security and stability in the country. Al-Qirbi has held talks with Sheikh Sharif on the political situation in Somalia and the possibility of holing dialogue with the Somali government.
