Somali pirates have hijacked a Dutch cargo ship in international waters in the Gulf of Aden, Saba quoted officials at the company which owns the ship as confirming. The MV Amiya Scan was seized after leaving the Kenyan port of Mombasa for the Romanian port of Constanta. Its crew comprises of four Russian officers and five Filipino seamen. The owner company says the ship was carrying dismantled oil platform.
