Shoura Council Chairman Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah bin Homaid received here today a delegation of US Congress members led by Chairman of the Committee on Natural Resources Nick Rahall. During the meeting, they exchanged cordial talks and discussed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries in political, economic, social and investment fields, especially parliamentary relations. They also discussed urgent issues at regional and international arenas, including the Palestinian issue, Iraq and Lebanon. The meeting was attended by Shoura Council Member Dr. Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Hilwah; US Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ford Fraker; and senior officials at the US Embassy in the Kingdom.
