Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh region, chaired here on Tuesday evening the meeting of the board of directors of King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives. The Board reviewed the positive impact of the scientific seminar on the history of King Faisal bin Abdulaziz, earlier organized by the Foundation. They also discussed issues pertaining to the establishment of the Center of Makkah's History. Meanwhile, the board of directors approved a mechanism for cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Information on issues pertaining to the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They also approved the final account of the Foundation for the fiscal year 1427-1428 AH and the account of the Foundation's Fund for 2007.
