The United Nations says 1.4 million people affected by Cyclone Nargis in Myanmar still need urgent help and emergency operations will continue for the foreseeable time. The U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs says aid workers have yet to reach some remote areas in the badly-hit Irrawaddy River delta. Spokeswoman Elisabeth Byrs told reporters in Geneva on Tuesday that the U.N.'s international staff are still prevented from moving freely outside Myanmar's main city, Yangon.
