Qatari Emir receives message of Eritrean President

Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, the Qatari Emir, received today a message from Eritrean President Isaias Afewerki.
The message was handed over to Sheikh Hamad by Director of the Presidential Office Hassan al-Ameen during a meeting in Doha earlier today.
