The Council reaffirmed its decision No. 40/35 dated on 27/8/1425 to expedite execution of article 5th of the Cabinet No 141 dated 28/5/1424H to transform radio and television and Saudi Press Agency (SPA) into general organizations and to set regulations to achieve their financial and administrative flexibility. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency, the Assistant Secretary-General of the Council, Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Yahya said the Council listened to a report on the participation of the delegation of the Council in the consultative meeting of the Association of Councils of Senates and Shoura in Africa and the Arab world which held in the Mauritanian capital Nouakchott. The Council discussed a draft agreement between Saudi Arabia and Yemen in the field of air transport services. The Council also listened to a report of the Committee for Islamic and judicial Affairs and human rights on the convention of cooperation in the judicial field between the Government of Saudi Arabia and the Government of Yemen.
