Mauritanian President, Sidi Ould Cheikh Abdellahi, met here tonight with a delegation of World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) presided by Dr. Saleh bin Sulaiman Al-Wehaibi, Secretary General of WAMY. In a press statement, Dr. Al-Wehaibi said, "We extended WAMYs' thanks to Mauritania's President for understanding the work of WAMY and his continued response to its works in this generous country. We mentioned that our work is an extension to deep-rooted and strong relations between Saudi Arabia and Mauritania ". Al-Wehaibi mentioned that WAMY received great support in Mauritania from officials, politicians, scholars, thinkers, journalists and others during its works extended for a long period.
