Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Secretary General of the General Authority for Tourism and Antiquities, opened here today the 1st Gulf Tourism & Community Forum organized by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) over three days. The opening ceremony was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Majid bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Madinah Region. Upon their arrival at the venue, they were received by TVTC Governor Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Ghufais and a number of officials. Then, they toured the accompanying exhibition and were briefed on the contents of the exhibition. Prince Sultan bin Salman delivered a speech in which he said "In accordance with the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the tourist activity is witnessing an important stage in which accomplishments will be achieved in a short period". The opening ceremony was attended by a number of officials.
