Palestinian security and Health officials say a mechanic with the Hamas police was killed and four people were injured in an Israeli air strike in southern Gaza. The Israeli army said suspicious vehicle was hit near the Kerem Shalom crossing between Israel and Gaza. Witnesses say the target of Saturday's strike was a jeep parked near the Rafah crossing with Egypt, the Associated Press reported.
