Abdurrahman bin Saeed bin Ramadan Al-Zahrani and Abdurrahman bin Qasim bin Hussain Al-Fifi, Saudi nationals, were beheaded here today after the first was convicted of Kidnapping a 20 years old girl and Raping her and the second was convicted of facilitating the crime. Taking advantage of being military men, the two stopped an expatriate and his daughter and the first took the girl away and raped her. The second held the expatriate. The culprits made advantage of their positions as soldiers with Ministry of Defense and Aviation and were able to stop the expatriate's car and one of them kidnapped the girl and raped here in a desert area. The two culprits were arrested and sentenced to death. They were executed in Riyadh region today after being convicted of their crimes, said a statement issued by the Interior Ministry. The culprits were convicted by the court, and the verdict was approved by the cassation court and the supreme judicial council as well as the king. The statement confirmed the determination of the Saudi government on ensuring law and order and severely punishing the criminals.
