19 Ugandan school children killed in dormitory fire

Ugandan police say 19 school children and two adults died in a dormitory fire.
Police spokeswoman Judith Nabakooba says authorities are
investigating the cause of the overnight fire at the Buddo
primary school. The students were between the ages of 7 and
10.
School worker James Kiiza said Tuesday that the doors of
the dormitory were locked from the outside, according to a report of the Associated Press.
The school is 12 kilometers (seven miles) from the capital
of Kampala.
