Ahmad Abul Gheit, the Egyptian Foreign Minister met here today with Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia currently on a visit to Egypt. In a press statement following the meeting, Hosam Zaki, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry spokesman, said that the meeting discussed various regional issues of mutual interest. Zaki noted that continuing coordination exists between the two countries on various issues in light of the current situation at regional arena regarding the Lebanese, Palestinian or Iraqi situations as well as other Arab issues.
