Presided over by its Assistant Chairman Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Barak, the Shoura Council held its 9th ordinary session here today. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) following the session, the Acting Assistant Secretary General for Committees Affairs Khalid bin Moussa Al-Dhubaiban said that the Council discussed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of health between the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Italy. The Council decided to give the Health and Environment Affairs Committee an opportunity to clarify its views in a later session. The Council also discussed a national project for dealing with people suffering attention distraction disorders and hyperactivity.
