A workshop on investment cooperation between Yemen and Japan will be held here on Sunday for two days, SABA reported. In participation of 30 Japanese gas and oil companies and 100 Yemeni businessmen, the workshop will be organized by the General Authority for Investment, the Yemeni embassy in Tokyo and the Japanese embassy in Sana'a. Information officer in the Japanese embassy Yousef Abu Ras stated to Saba that the workshop will aim at discover more investment opportunities in Yemen and encourage Japanese businessmen to invest in Yemen in the fields of oil and gas. For his part, head of Promotion Sector at the Authority Mohammed Hussein said that a number of investment opportunities will be reviewed in the workshop in addition to discussing work papers presented by Yemeni official bodies.
