UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Tuesday sets out on a tour during which he will pay his first-ever official visit to Russia in his capacity of the administrative head of the world body. The visit will be made from April 9 to 11, Itar-Tass quoted the press service of the UN Secretariat as announcing. Ban Ki-moon is expected to hold a series of meetings with representatives of the Russian leadership. The UN chief is also scheduled to hold talks with Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov. Besides, the UN Secretary-General is to meet with the leaders of public organizations in Moscow. He is also expected to make a speech in Moscow State University.
