Saudi Minister of Higher education Dr Khalid al-Anqari met here yesterday with French Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Valerie Pecresse. They reviewed aspects of bilateral cooperation and issues of mutual interest. Speaking on the occasion, Dr al-Anqari said the contracts of scientific cooperation signed with France will be practical and specific in domains of research and higher education. On her part, Valerie Pecresse expressed her admiration over the "Beit-al-Saudi" (Saudi House) Project in Paris, which will be implemented for lodging the Saudi students on scholarships in France. The meeting was attended by Saudi ambassador to France Dr Mohammed bin Isma'il al Al-sheikh, and al-Anqari's accompanying delegation. --MORE
