The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz will inaugurate tomorrow the fourth year of the fourth session of the Shoura Council. He will deliver a speech about the Kingdom's internal and external policy as stated in 14th article of the Council. Chairman of the Shoura Council Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah bin Homaid expressed the Council's appreciation and pride of the royal care and great attention paid to it by The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General. He said in a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), "The Council, its members and citizens are looking forward to this moment when the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques inaugurates the fourth year of the fourth session of the Council and delivers a speech considers as a reference document on the Kingdom's positions towards many issues and latest developments at all levels". He said that the Shoura Council represents a unique leap in the framework of activating the principle of participation, and it is also an active means keeping abreast of the latest developments of this time". On his part, the Deputy Chairman of the Shoura Council Eng. Mahmoud bin Abdullah Taiba said, "The Shoura Council is honored at this time every year by the presence of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to deliver a royal speech which sets the kingdom's internal and external policy". In a similar statement, he added, "The leaders of this country placed a great confidence in the Shoura Council, considered the Council as an integral part of the Kingdom and worked for supporting it by all means, as the founder late King Abdulaziz Al Saud did".
