Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior who is also the Chairman of the Supreme Commission of Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud International Prize for Prophet Mohammed's Sunnah and Contemporary Islamic Studies will patronize next Thursday the closing ceremony of the 3rd session of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud contest for memorizing Hadith (Prophet Sayings) to be organized by the Secretariat General of the Prize at Madinah. The Adviser of the Minister of Interior Dr. Saed Al-Urabi, who is also member of the Supreme Commission and Secretary General of the Prize said that the contest consists of three levels. The first level is allocated to students at primary stage who memorize 100 Hadiths; the second level is allocated to students at intermediate stage who memorize 250 Hadiths; the third level is allocated to students at secondary stage who memorize 500 Hadiths. The top five from each level will receive contest prizes, amounting to SR 116,000 for the first level; SR 200,000 for the second level; and SR 300,000 for the third level, he said. He also pointed out that the number of participants at all levels amounted to 47235.
