Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh arrived here today on an official visit to Germany in response to an official invitation from German Chancellor Angela Merkel, SABA reported. During the visit, president Saleh would hold talks with German President Horst Koehler, Chancellor Angela Merkel and a number of German officials to boost mutual cooperation relations and joint cooperation ties between the two countries in various fields. He also will hold talks on the latest regional and internationals issues of common concern, especially the situations in Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon, Somalia and Horn of African region, in addition to the Iranian nuclear issue and terror combating efforts.
