Yemeni foreign minister Dr Abu Bakr al-Qirbi has received an invitation from GCC Secretary General Abdulrahman al-Atiyyah to participate in the meeting of the GCC foreign ministers due to be held in Riyadh next month. In a press statement al-Qirbi said the invitation of Yemen to participate in the meeting of the GCC foreign minister reflects the fostering relations between Yemen and the GCC member states. He noted that the participants of the meeting will review future horizons of the Yemeni-GCC relations in addition to a number of Arab, regional and international issues notably the developments in Palestine and Iraq.
