At least three paramilitary soldiers were killed and three wounded by a roadside bomb Thursday in Pakistan's restive north-west tribal areas, local reports said, DPA reported The members of the Bajaur Scouts, part of the Frontier Corps paramilitary force, were hit while traveling in their home district of Bajaur on Thursday morning, DawnNews TV reported. Bajaur is part of Pakistan's ungoverned tribal areas, which are believed to be safe havens for al-Qaeda and pro-Taliban militants who regularly launch cross-border attacks on international forces in Afghanistan as well as target Pakistani security forces.
