Sideis, the Imam of the Haram. Speaking on the occasion, al-Sideis urged the Muslims to be God-fearing people, and the said disasters which inflict the people are due to their sins. Underlining the importance of water and rainfall, al-Sideis urged the Muslims to live in line with the teachings of Islam. He underscored the importance of cooperation and solidarity among the members of the society, and said sincere efforts should be exerted for solving the problems of the poor people and making them happy.
