Ministers of Health of the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council started their 64th conference today in Riyadh. At the outset of the meeting, GCC Secretary General Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Atiyyah, welcomed the conferees and forwarded thanks to and appreciation of the GCC for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, for the support they lend to the GCC joint march in general and to this meeting in particular. He also thanked the Saudi Minister of Health Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Mana'e for his efforts to enhance cooperation and integration among the GCC member states in the health field.
