The Foreign Ministers of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) condemned here today the blatant Israeli aggression on the Palestinian people and the Israeli illegal and illegitimate practices, particularly extrajudicial killings, assassinations, bombing of houses and infrastructure and the unjust siege imposed on Gaza Strip. This came in the final statement of the extraordinary meeting of OIC executive committee. The Foreign Ministers held Israel responsible for the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip as a result of the continued aggression, the closure of border crossings and the prevention of delivering basic materials such as fuel, food and medicines to Palestinian citizens in Gaza Strip. The Foreign Ministers asserted their support for the just struggle of the Palestinian people to recover their inalienable national rights, including their right to self-determination and the establishment of an independent State of Palestine with Al-Quds as its capital as well as their right to a just solution for the Palestinian refugees based on the UN General Assembly resolution No. 194. They also praised the steadfastness of the Palestinian people in the face Israeli aggression. --More
