A Yemeni delegation headed by Interior Minister Rashad al-Alimi headed Monday for Tunisia to take part in the 25th meeting of Arab Interior Ministers Council to be held January 30-31, SABA reported. Speaking to SABA, al-Alimi said that the meeting, to be presided by Yemen, would focus on activating and strengthening security cooperation among the Arab countries. Al-Alimi said that the Arab Interior Ministers would review the progress toward achieving the Arab strategy for combating illegal drugs use, terrorism and traffic Safety and civil protection. "The meeting will assess the performance of the council and its apparatuses during the last year as well as the preparation of an Arab draft law for fighting money laundering, computer crimes and cross-border organized crimes", said al-Alimi.
