On behalf of Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier, Defense and Aviation Minister and Inspector General, Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Assistant Defense and Aviation Minister for Military Affairs, opened here today a symposium on "Asbestos". The symposium is organized by the defense Ministry in cooperation with King Saud university and the administration of meteorology and environmental protection. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Abdullah Al-Othman, the Director of King Saud university, underlined the importance of the symposium which will shed light on the dangers of asbestos and means of dealing with this non-combustible and heat-resistance grayish mineral. He noted that the symposium will positively contribute to enhancing strategic relations between the university and the Defense Ministry. --MORE
