Hamoud noted that 70 percent Saudis who are staying aboard are from mixed marriages and 30 percent are emigrants of the past like the Saudis residing in Kuwait and Bahrain and other countries. He requested the Saudis who're planning to get married to non-Saudi women to report to the Saudi embassy in the country where they are residing so as to consult the officials of the embassy and to get acquainted with the conditions and restrictions of marriage.
