A Kurdish rebel who allegedly carried out a bombing last week in Turkey's southeast killing six people has been captured, the state-run Anatolia news agency reported Tuesday. A sixth person died Tuesday from his injuries from the Jan. 3 bombing in the city of Diyarbakir and 66 people were injured in an attack apparently targeting a bus carrying Turkish officers. The separatist Kurdistan Workers Party, or PKK, said that some of its militants, acting on their own, may have been behind the attack and said the group was investigating, the pro-Kurdish Firat news agency said on its Web site Monday.
