A five-man team from Britain`s Scotland Yard arrived in Pakistan to take part in the probe into the assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto outside a park in Rawalpindi on Dec. 27, officials said, according to ANTARA News. They said the team would be briefed in Islamabad on the investigation so far by Pakistan`s Federal Investigation Agency. The investigators from the antiterrorism squad at Scotland Yard will stay in Pakistan "as long as necessary," they said. Bhutto was assassinated in a gun and suicide bomber attack outside Liaqat Park in Rawalpindi. An Interior Ministry spokesman has said she died as a result of a head injury from a lever of the sunroof in her bullet-proof car, Kyodo News reported.
