Three people were arrested on Monday in Rotterdam after allegedly conspiring to commit an attack "in the very near future," a spokeswoman for the Dutch Public Prosecutor told reporters on Monday, according to DPA. The spokeswoman said the Dutch Special Intervention Service made the arrests following information from the secret service, AIVD, that the three were planning to commit an attack on a civilian target. The spokeswoman could not say whether the attack had a terrorist motive.
