Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, the Governor of Makkah region, said the return of the pilgrims from Arafat to Mina had taken place 'smoothly and easily.' He noted that the service of the pilgrims is a great honor and a great responsibility which should be done in a satisfactory manner in line with the aspirations of the rulers of the country notably the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and his Crown Prince. He noted that the collected reports confirm that all required services for the pilgrims are available and the pilgrims are performing their rituals in comfort and ease. Prince Khalid said no major traffic or security incidents had taken place and at the same time no epidemic cases were reported among the pilgrims. Prince Khalid attributed this success to the grace of Allah Almighty and the gigantic projects implemented in the Holy Places. He congratulated the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz and his Crown Prince as well as the Saudi Government and people and the Muslim nation on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha. --MORE
