Tymoshenko elected Ukrainian prime minister

Ukraine's parliament on Tuesday elected Yulia Tymoshenko, as prime minister.
Tymoshenko got 226 votes _ the bare majority need in the
450-member parliament _ from deputies in her bloc and the
party of President Viktor Yushchenko. Tymoshenko and the
president formed a majority coalition after this fall's
elections, the Associated Press reported.
