Directed by Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh Region, the Riyadh Region Municipality has begun work to develop an index of the prices of the basic supplies and food stuffs in Riyadh. The price index will cover goods such as flour, sugar, rice, cooking oil, milk, meat and vegetables and will be published in various media outlets.
