Prince Dr. Khalid bin Faisal bin Turki Al-Saud, the Under Secretary at the National Guard for the Western Sector, made yesterday an inspection tour of the National Guard units participating in Hajj season of this year. At its headquarters in Al-Sharae area, he was received by a number of the National Guard officials. The Under Secretary was briefed on the units' task, programs and security services provided to the pilgrims. Then, he toured the National Guard camp at Mina where he was briefed on the computer center, health affairs, media center and the military police, an affiliate of the National Guard. In a press statement, Dr. Khalid said that Khalifa Omar Bin Al Khattab Brigade affiliated to the Nation Guard participates in maintaining order at the holy sites and preventing pilgrims from staying on sidewalks.
