The Saudi Red Crescent has mobilized all its human and material capabilities for this year Hajj Season in preparation to extend the required emergency medical services to the Pilgrims including medical support teams, setting up Emergency Centers, well-equipped ambulances as well as all other needs of Emergency operations. The Red Crescent Society through its various working committees has reviewed all negative aspects in the last Hajj Season and was involved into a series of new and upgrading procedures in all holy places, the Society elaborated. As many as 93 permanent and seasonal Emergency Centers were established, 492 most advanced ambulances and an enough number of medical, Para-medical and technical manpower and supporting professionals such as Physicians, nurses, technician, employees and drivers are also on-call and ready to serve the pilgrims, it added.
