It reviewed a follow-up report on the outcome of the donors conference and the GCC contribution to funding the investment project of the third development scheme 2008-2010 which included over 50 development projects in various parts of Yemen. The council was briefed on the results of the investment opportunities conference held in Sanaa in April 2007 with the participation of private sector representatives from Yemen and the GCC member states. The council expressed satisfaction over the positive steps made by Yemen to achieve a comprehensive national development in various fields and vowed to extend further support to this country. --More
