The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz will leave on Monday for Qatar to head the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the 28th Summit of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states to be held in Doha, the Royal Court said in a statement today.
