Mr. Abdulaziz bin Saad Al-Ghamdi, Director General of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), expressed satisfaction over the decisions issued by the annual conference of the Federation of Arab News Agencies (FANA) which concluded its deliberations in the Jordanian capital of Amman today. In remarks to reporters following the closing session, Al-Ghamdi said the decisions of setting up a training center for journalists belonging to FANA members aims at boosting Arab media work to reach distinction levels. He added that the decision of establishing this facility for FANA journalists and launching a website for the federation is to provide service for the Arab media message, confirming that convening the conference was an opportunity for narrowing the view points of the member agencies on a number of issues of mutual concern.
