The Kingdom's no-petroleum exports during last August increased to sr8638 million from sr7481 million in August 2006. According to a report issued by the department of general statistics and information, the important exported commodities included petrochemicals (sr 2682 million), plastics (sr 1954 million), ordinary metals and their products (sr 865 million), re-exported commodities (sr 1255 million) while the remaining commodities (sr1891 million). Meanwhile, the value of the imported commodities last August increased to sr 27935 million from sr 23533 million in August 2006. --more
