Arab News Agencies Federation holds 2nd session

The General Assembly of Arab News Agencies Federation held a second working session here today.
During the session, the assembly approved the federation's economic reports, financial situations and the general budget for the year 2008.
In a statement to reporters, Dr. Farid Ayyar, the Federation's Secretary General said the meeting discussed among other topics the practical measures relating to development and modernization of the federation's new electronic site to be interactive among agencies particularly in the field of news exchange.
