Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of congratulations to Australia's Prime Minister Kevin Rudd on the occasion of his election as a Prime Minister of Australia.
